when we install ibmdbpy in python we also need to provision the DB2 jar files - otherwise there is an error - which a user cannot resolve -

Please download the latest JDBC Driver at the following address: 'http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21363866'; and put the file 'db2jcc.jar' or 'db2jcc4.jar' in the CLASSPATH variable or in a folder that is in the CLASSPATH variable. Alternatively place it in the folder /usr/local/src/bluemix_jupyter_bundle.v30/notebook/lib/python2.7/site-packages/ibmdbpy"
a user can download the files from a public share - but does not have permission to the specific folder expected.. therefore notebooks using JDBC and DB2 over dashdb do not work
