I had created an AE instance about two weeks ago, but the system automatically deleted that instance because it was not in use. In the mean time I was getting ready with the data and workload to run some test cases using WS and my AE instance. Now if I try to create another AE instance, I get the following message:
[403, Forbidden] description : As part of the Lite plan, you can create only one service instance per IBM Cloud account within a 30-day time span. Your last service instance was created on 2018-05-16 19:16:16.091 UTC. You can either upgrade your IBM Cloud account to a paid account and use one of the IBM Analytics Engine paid plans or create a Lite service instance after 2018-06-15 19:16:16.091 UTC.
Note that so far I have used exactly zero node hours of the Analytic Engine service.
Instead of making user wait until your timer goes off, which they will not and they will go away, use the node hours consumed as a metric and allow the users to run their test runs when they want. Otherwise you are turning away potential users.
