Passwordless ssh for Oozie

For Oozie, we have to manually setup passwordless SSH for Oozie user to ssh as clsadmin user.

Customer has to open a ticket with Ops/Support to set this up since they don't have root access.

Can we have that as a default setting instead of manually setting it up.
