Provide the capability to create Groups so content can be shared based on categories such as Providers, Consumers, Project specific content, Customer etc.......This enables an easier way to share content at an enterprise level without needing to add a lot of specific users for each uploaded data set. The current approach works for a smaller organization or team, but is hard to administer for larger enterprise wide catalog. This complements the Roles that are currently provided and give the Content administrator an easier way to share and publish content at scale. This will make administration of new content easier, more consistent and scalable.
